General Shipping Policy

Home Office Space works with multiple suppliers and manufacturers all based around New Zealand. As soon as an order is processed, it is usually shipped the next business day. In the case of damaged products, please see our refund and returns policy and contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the return (if necessary) of the damaged product and a replacement or refund to be sent.

We will make every endeavour to deliver your order within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated or arranged at time of order.

We reserve the right to amend this time-frame and if necessary increase this time-frame if major delays are incurred by way of manufacturer supply, or by way of adverse freight issues, or any other event outside our control.

Free Shipping for orders over $800.00 within New Zealand only applies to ground-level, local deliveries. Local deliveries are defined as 'urban New Zealand addresses only' - please see below for further clarification.

Additional charges may apply for Rural and other Island customers, or multi-level buildings. Please contact us for prices: hello@homeofficespace.co.nz - otherwise we will contact you and discuss options prior to delivery. 

Home Office Space uses third-party delivery companies that are preferred by our suppliers and manufacturers to deliver items. Furniture items require a signature upon delivery and will not be left at addresses unattended.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please note these with your shipping instructions at time of order. 

Home Office Space cannot be held responsible for ensuring items will fit into the building.

What is a Rural/Non-Urban Delivery Zone?

We take our definition of Rural/ Non-Urban areas from the New Zealand Courier website. Rural / Non-Urban areas are defined by New Zealand Couriers as those that sit outside regularly serviced areas (Business & Residential Delivery Zones).

If you need to check your delivery address, you can use the Address Checker tool on the NZ Courier website.

If you are not eligible for Free Shipping, then please reach out to us before or after you place your order and we will provide you with a quote for shipping. If the delivery location incurs additional charges, then the Home Office Space team will contact you after your order has been placed.
